    Urban Land Institute El Paso is proud to announce the inaugural year of the Young Leaders Group (YLG) El Paso Mentorship Forum. The Young Leaders Group is a subset of ULI El Paso members under the age of 35, and as a group strives to facilitate networking and continuing education that will help our members as they further their careers.

     

    The Young Leaders Group El Paso Mentorship Forum is a professional development program designed to provide the following to Young Leader members who are under the age of 35:

    • Exploration of ULI’s mission in a confidential, trusting environment of idea exchange

    • A broader understanding of all facets of the real estate environment

    • Connectivity with ULI peers and a senior-level Mentor

    • Personal and professional development

    Jacob specializes in commercial landlord and tenant representation. Mr. Quinn leverages his real estate background along with the leading CBRE technology platform to deliver the best outcomes for his clients. A Founding Member of Urban Land Institute El Paso, Mr. Quinn began his career with Grubb & Ellis | Best/White. During his time there, he assisted in the leasing for a number of institutional clients, that included two industrial REITS EastGroup Properties (NYSE EGP), Lincoln National Life (NYSE LNC) and a medical REIT, The Health Care REIT (NYSE HCN). Prior to joining CBRE Mr. Quinn spent six years with the El Paso alliance for Cushman & Wakefield.
