    Ian Robertson

    Director of Development, Titan Development

    Ian Robertson is a Director of Development at Titan Development, one of the southwest's most active real estate development firms. In his role as Director of Development, he assists with all aspects of the development process, including site analysis/selection, supervision of consultants through the design process, creation of site concepts with consultants and in-house personnel, coordinating the entitlement and approvals process, supporting leadership in developing equity and debt packages, and updating market research and project viability documentation as-needed. His focus at Titan Development is hospitality and multifamily, with projects under his direction valued at more than $150MM. He was instrumental in the launch of Titan's two multifamily brands: Allaso and Renova. His thought leadership contributions can be found in magazines such as Multi-Housing News (MHN) and Texas Real Estate Monthly. Ian serves on the Board of Directors for the EDo Neighborhood Association in Albuquerque, NM as Vice President/Board Member. He is a frequent volunteer for Ronald McDonald House Charities of New Mexico, and Habitat for Humanity. He has participated in familiarization tours with AREA (formerly AED), helping to educate out-of-state businesses about the benefits of moving to New Mexico to create jobs for New Mexicans. Prior to joining Titan Development, Ian worked for Perkins Eastman and Rafael Viñoly Architects, both globally recognized architecture firms, as a designer and later a business development professional. He also engaged in strategic partnerships with prestigious firms such as Pei Cobb Freed & Partners, SOM, and Rockwell Group. Ian studied Architecture at the University of Texas School of Architecture (UTSOA), received a Business Foundation Certificate from the McCombs School of Business through the Halliburton Business Foundations program, and studied Fine Art at the prestigious California Institute of the Arts.

    Hannah Greenhood

    Principal, Studio Leader, Dekker

    Hannah is a Principal architect leading the Housing Design Studio at Dekker with expertise in multi-family housing, senior living, and mixed-use projects. At Dekker, she leads the firm’s Senior Living Innovation Team - a research-led group looking for what is next in the senior living market. In addition and in partnership, she leads the Health and Wellness in the Built Environment Initiative which uses evidence-based design concepts to integrate health and wellness design concepts in all project types across the firm: senior living, multi-family housing, commercial retail, mixed-use, healthcare, K-12 education, higher education, civic buildings, landscape and interior design. Hannah helps clients navigate the requirements of multi-family and seniors housing projects through tax credit applications, HUD financing, local requirements across several markets, and through sustainability programs such as LEED for Homes, Energy Star for New Homes, Enterprise Green Communities, Fitwel, WELL and many more. She is a native New Mexican (Las Cruces, NM) who thrives to help bring New Mexico to its full potential. Passionate about design, technology, the environment, and creating places for communities to grow, Hannah focuses on bringing health and wellbeing to the forefront of design. In addition to being one of the first WELL Accredited Professionals in the country, a certification that signifies knowledge in human wellness in the built environment, she has actively worked to bring health and wellness into many projects through the WELL Building Standard and other wellness concepts. She has presented and published several works about the WELL Building Standard, multifamily housing and technology. Hannah's active community involvement includes serving on the board of NAIOP New Mexico, the Developing Leaders Council for NAIOP New Mexico, Leadership Albuquerque, CREW New Mexico, and as a K-8 classroom volunteer teaching STEM through architecture.
